For our project, whose aim is to enhance the Tuscan terroir, we chose 100% Tuscan professionals.
Both bring long experience in Tuscan wineries, especially in Chianti, and know the potential, secrets and vocation of the land at Poggio di Guardia.
Tuscany's centuries-old winemaking history helps us focus on technical detail and innovation while respecting the character of our hills.
Federico Cerelli
Born in Figline Valdarno, Federico has 17 years of experience at prestigious Italian wineries, supervising important winemaking projects in Tuscany and Chianti Classico, including Antinori, Castello di Meleto and Castello di Gabbiano.
His knowledge, passion and continuous search for quality have been a great asset to the winery. He values traditional practices alongside modern technology, which allows precise control of every step.
Stefano Di Blasi
Born in Florence, Stefano spent more than ten years with Antinori. Since 2008 he has worked independently, offering consultancy in Tuscany and beyond.
An agronomist and oenologist, he believes the highest quality comes from careful attention at every stage, from planting the vineyard to bottling the wine.
“In Tuscany there are few wine-growing regions where it is possible to be a pioneer. Federico and Stefano recognised this special place. Friendship and new agronomic and oenological challenges did the rest.”
